Throughout the site, the terms “we,”  “us,” and “our” refer to Designs by Cami. Designs by Cami offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting Designs by Cami’s site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service,”  “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Once the website developer has begun to design the site, if the client commences the website design, any funds that have been paid up to this time are non-refundable. Designs by Cami offer quality, professional, custom web designs. Designs by Cami value time and expertise.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained on this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Disclaimer
The businesses listed on the Designs by Cami/A-1 Sites Directory website are provided on a business listing basis. Designs by Cami makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchant ability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Cancellation Policy
Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Designs by Cami, and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

Chargebacks
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e., PayPal dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company) plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files are delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, please contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.

Website Hosting Payments for past months of web hosting are non-refundable. Hosting accounts are set up at the time of order and are allotted a specific amount of server resources, according to the plan purchased. If the client did not make use of the account, payment for services is still due. Hosting accounts are not canceled until notice is received from the client in writing or until 15 days after the due date of payment is not received. If the client pays for a hosting account 6 or 12 months in advance and cancels service before the plan expiration date, a refund may be given for the months not yet elapsed. If the client received free products and/or services with their hosting plan purchase, the retail value of the free services will be deducted from the refund amount.

Should a client desire a cancellation, we will release any written content, images, and videos that the client provided in the design of the website. Due to our websites being custom-designed, any special-designed forms or features that were custom-formatted will not be transferable due to the special coding used to develop the website.

The client is responsible for updating and keeping their domain current. Designs by Cami reserves the right to disable and/or terminate a user’s account if a user is found in violation of the terms. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.

Designs By Cami/A-1 Sites Directory has not reviewed all of the sites listed in the directory and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Designs By Cami or the A-1 Sites Directory of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
Security for member accounts and passwords You will receive a password and member account designation once you are registered. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify OS of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. You agree to make sure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. OS cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

NONE OF THE INFORMATION THAT YOU PROVIDE USING THESE FEATURES IS PROTECTED BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY. DESIGNS BY CAMI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU CHOOSE TO SUBMIT IN THESE FORUMS OR THE USE THERE OF BY ANY THIRD PARTY. You will need to contact or log into the third-party application if you want the personal information that was posted in the comments section removed. Security and retention Designs by Cami takes commercially reasonable steps to help protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
